You tell us where you want to go and what’s important to you. We plan it and book flights, hotels, and cars. This applies to travel within Germany and worldwide. Our clients come from Germany and abroad. You will have a dedicated contact person who oversees your entire trip.

How We Plan Your Trip
It starts with a conversation. Where do you want to go, when, with whom, and for what occasion? Afterwards, we will provide you with a proposal including flights, accommodation, and itinerary. If you like our proposal, we will book your trip. You will receive all documents from us and won’t have to call any providers yourself.
No two trips are alike. Therefore, we do not offer fixed packages. We plan each trip individually according to your wishes and requirements.
Business Trips
For a business trip, the schedule must be maintained. We book flights and hotels to match your appointments and rebook if anything changes. We plan for management, employees, and guests you invite.
Private Trips
You want to travel and delegate the planning. We find flights and accommodations that suit you and take care of what you want to experience at your destination. This could be a table at a specific restaurant
Scheduled Flights
We find the right connection and book your flight. We also take care of seat assignments and special requests. If a flight is canceled or your appointment changes, we will rebook. You won’t have to wait on hold with any hotline.
Private Jet
If a scheduled flight is not an option, we will find an aircraft for your route and book the private flight. We also arrange pickup at the aircraft and a car.
Hotel
We book your hotel at your destination, in Germany and abroad. We clarify requests such as early check-in with the hotel in advance. In Berlin, we have standing agreements with Hotel Zoo, Château Royal, and Gorki Apartments.
If Your Trip Takes You to Berlin
In Berlin, we are on-site ourselves. We will meet you at BER Airport and be there for you throughout your stay. Your Private Concierge will reserve restaurants, secure tickets, and take care of everything you need in the city.
Transportation at Your Destination
We will book a chauffeured car for you. This service is provided by Prime Limousines & More, in Berlin and other cities. Prime Limousines & More is part of the Prime Group, just like us.
Accessible While Traveling
Plans change while traveling. A flight is canceled, an appointment runs longer. You call your contact person, and they find a solution.
