Your tenant or guest is arriving, and you cannot be there in person. We will meet them at the apartment, hand over the keys, and prepare the handover report. Upon departure, we will inspect the apartment.

The Check-in Process
We arrange an appointment with the tenant at the apartment. There, we show them the rooms and explain what they need to know. Then, we go through the inventory together. We document any existing defects to clarify what was present before move-in. Finally, we read the meters and hand over the keys.
The Check-out Process
Upon departure, we meet the tenant at the apartment again. We assess its cleanliness and check if any inventory items are missing. The tenant returns the keys. Afterwards, we perform the deep cleaning. We also prepare a report for the check-out.
The Report
The report includes the apartment’s inventory, any defects, and meter readings for electricity, water, and gas. We send it to both the tenant and the landlord.
Why We Don’t Use a Key Box
With a personal handover, you know who received the key and when. The tenant has a person in front of them to whom they can ask questions. That is why we only hand over keys in person.
Check-in for Hotel Guests
We can also handle check-in and check-out for you or your guests at hotels.
