How We Find Your Apartment
You provide us with your desired period, preferred area, and size. We will search for suitable apartments and send you a selection. For stays of a few weeks, we collaborate with Gorki Apartments in Berlin-Mitte.
Move-in and Handover
We manage furnished apartments ourselves that are rented for three to twelve months. Therefore, we know what needs to be arranged for a smooth move-in. The apartment will be cleaned, keys will be handed over in person, and the inventory and meter readings will be documented in a protocol.
If your departure time changes, we will adjust the pickup accordingly.
During Your Stay
If you need anything during your stay, we are here for you. We can do your shopping, organize cleaning, or reserve a table. You will have a personal contact person who will take care of your requests.
If You Are Staying for Just a Few Nights
For a short stay, we will book a hotel for you.
