Your Concierge in Berlin and Potsdam
For the duration of your stay, you will have a private concierge who is available at any time. They will handle restaurant reservations, secure tickets, handle shopping, and rebook arrangements if your plans change. If you are traveling with children, they can organize childcare provided by qualified professionals.
Professional Management for Your Home
Many of our clients are only in Berlin or Potsdam a few times a year. In the meantime, we check on the property once a month, run the water, water the plants, and empty the mailbox. Before you arrive, we clean, change the linens, and stock the refrigerator. For some clients, a decorated tree was already waiting for them upon arrival during the Christmas season.
Organizing Private Travel

Travel by Private Aircraft
If you prefer not to take a commercial flight, we will find an aircraft for your route and book a private flight. If you land in Berlin, we will pick you up directly at the aircraft.
Planning a Milestone Birthday or Party
For birthdays, anniversaries, or receptions, we handle the planning, catering, and service for 10 to 200 guests. If you are celebrating in an intimate circle at your home, we will prepare it with cake, balloons, and the gifts you specify.
A Surprise Evening
Perhaps you want to treat someone to a special evening. A chauffeur will pick up your guests and take them to dinner at a restaurant we have reserved. Afterward, they will head to a concert where the tickets are already waiting. At the end of the night, the car will be waiting at the door.

Many private clients have their requests relayed to us through their own office or an assistant. This is standard procedure for us. We coordinate everything with the person you designate and send all documents and confirmations to them.

Our office is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg. From there, we serve clients throughout Berlin and Potsdam. In Potsdam, we offer the same services as in Berlin: property management, private events, and guest reception. Furthermore, we book travel, hotels, and transportation within Germany and worldwide.
