Do you maintain an apartment in Berlin but only visit a few times a year? For the rest of the time, it remains vacant. We check on it regularly and prepare it for your arrival. Upon request, we can stock the refrigerator and chill drinks for you.

Before You Arrive
Let us know when you are coming to Berlin. We will clean the apartment and handle the shopping for you. When you unlock the door, the refrigerator will be stocked and the bed freshly made.
The Monthly Visit
Once a month, we visit your apartment. We run the water to prevent it from stagnating in the pipes. We water the plants and empty the mailbox. If we notice anything unusual, we will contact you immediately.
Special Occasions
Some clients wish to surprise someone. For birthdays, we have provided cakes, balloons, and gifts in the apartment. During the holiday season, we have set up and decorated trees in several residences. Let us know what you have in mind.
If Something Is Broken
In the event of a technical defect, we will access the apartment to inspect it. We handle minor repairs ourselves. For larger projects, we hire a contractor and provide them access to the apartment. You do not need to travel to Berlin for this.
Your Key
We keep your key securely locked in our custody. We only hand it over in person and accompany contractors or other service providers. We do not use lockboxes.
