VIP Service at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)

Meet and Greet in the Terminal

With Meet and Greet, we await you in the terminal after landing. We take care of your luggage and accompany you to your waiting vehicle.

Airport Transfer for Departure

On the day of departure, a chauffeured vehicle will pick you up from your hotel, office, or residence. We will coordinate the pickup time with your flight schedule. A Prime Concierge staff member will meet you at the airport. They will take your luggage, assist with check-in, and accompany you to customs control.

If your departure time changes, we will adjust the pickup accordingly.

Aircraft Pickup

For VIP pickup, we collect you directly at the aircraft. From there, we accompany you to your vehicle. You don’t have to worry about anything at the airport. If you arrive by private flight, we will pick you up at the General Aviation Terminal.

For Your Guests

You can also book this service for guests whom you cannot pick up yourself. These might include business partners or event participants. We welcome individuals and groups. We communicate with your guests in German or English.

Chauffeur Limousine to and from the Airport

Transportation is provided by Prime Limousines & More. This company, like us, belongs to the Prime Group. It will drive you from the airport to your hotel or appointment and take you to the airport for your departure. We will book the ride for you.
