Before Move-In
Before a new tenant arrives, we clean the apartment. We replace anything that is missing or depleted. The beds are freshly made.
Before Your Arrival
If you use your apartment yourself and have not been there for a while, we clean it shortly before your arrival. You simply let us know when you are coming.
After Move-Out
During check-out, we first inspect the condition in which the tenant left the apartment. We document this in a protocol. Afterward, we perform a deep cleaning and prepare the apartment for the next guest.
Laundry Service
After every cleaning, we take the used bed linens as well as hand and bath towels with us. We have them laundered and return them to the apartment. You do not need a washing machine in the apartment and do not need to hire anyone else.
