Are you booking for someone else?
Many business trips are organized by the front office. If you are booking for your management or colleagues, we are your point of contact.
You provide us with the dates and preferences of the traveler. We make a proposal, and after your approval, we book everything. The documents will be sent to you.
What We Handle for You
We book flights, whether scheduled or private jet. We book hotels near your appointments and clarify requests, such as early check-in, with the establishment in advance. A chauffeured car will be waiting at your destination. Transportation is provided by Prime Limousines & More, which, like us, belongs to the Prime Group.
If Appointments Change
A meeting runs longer, a flight is canceled, a new appointment comes up. You call your contact person. They will rebook and adjust the hotel and car accordingly.
Guests Visiting You
We also plan your guests’ travel. For example: A business partner from London has appointments in Munich. We book their hotel and car on site. If your guest is coming to Berlin, we will meet them at BER Airport.
Billing
You decide how we bill: per assignment or collected once a month. Our work is charged from 80 Euros per hour. The costs for flights, hotels, and cars are additional.
